How are Diamond Wires made?

The diamond beads being the main abrasing component, are a composite of diamond particles and various metals. This can be done through sintering, electroplating or Hot Isostatic Pressing and Brazing. The wire assembly is generally made of metal wire or spring with a rubber or plastic coating on the outside. However, our wires are engineered from a special support spring which allows for the wire to run in demanding conditions and a robust rubber encapsulation. We also employ an industry-leading, bead-lock technology which firmly binds the beads to the wire assembly restraining them from rotating or displacing when in operation resulting in faster and more precise cutting and a superior product life. Our robust assembly provides for lesser chance of wire breakage and is therefore extremely safe in all kind of applications.
