Unique Three-Step Bead
The unique three-step structure of the pagoda diamond wire enables it to provide significantly faster cutting speeds across a range of materials like concrete, reinforced concrete and steel.
The three-step structure helps reduce the contact area and resistance faced by the wire during cutting. This reduction in contact area leads to an increase in cutting speeds as seen through the results of internal and client testing.
The bead is able to hold its three step shape at the beginning of the cutting process and as the cutting progresses it transforms to a conical shape and later to a plane surface with slight curves.
